Children or people who are unable to use
the product safely due to their physical,
mental or motor skills may use the device
only under supervision.
Use the product only for cutting potatoes.
Overloading the product by cutting too hard
or compact food may result in damage.
Store the product in a safe place. Avoid
dust, dirt or contact with chemical
substances.
Strong temperature fluctuations or strong
heat can cause problems or result in
damage (direct sunlight, stoves, radiators,
etc.).
˜ Before first use
Remove the packaging materials and
dispose of them properly.
Clean the product and its accessories (see
"Cleaning and care" section).

WARNING! Risk of injury! The blades
are sharp.
˜ Assembly
NOTE: The large cutting blade 7 and the
pin holder 3 are installed prior to delivery.
Remove these parts before cleaning (see
"Cleaning and care" section).
Select the desired cutting blade 7 and the
suitable holder 3 .
Insert the cutting blade 7 from below into
the product (Fig. G).
The sharpened edge of the cutting blade
must point inward.

The cutting blade must be completely
inserted so the product rests evenly on the
working top.
At the upper part of the product there is an
opening into which the cutting blade must be
inserted (Fig. H).
NOTE: The cutting blade 7 cannot be
inserted in the wrong direction! If inserted
incorrectly, the cutting blade does not fit in
the opening and the product does not rest
evenly on the working top!
Now, insert the suitable pin holder 3 .

ATTENTION! Make sure that the pin
holder fits the cutting blade! The use of
different parts can damage the product!
First open the rotary fixing for the pin
holder 6 . To do so, slide the corresponding
lever to the right (the lever's position must
correspond to Fig. I).
Set the suitable pin holder according
to Fig. J with the fixing bolts 4 into the
opening of the press platform 5 .
Slide the lever to the left to fix the pin
holder 3 with the rotary fixing 6 .

ATTENTION! If difficult to fix, check if the
pin holder was properly placed and inserted
completely.
Now the product is ready for use.
