Problem
There is too much frost and
ice.
The compressor does not
start immediately after
pressing the "FastFreeze" or
"Shopping", or after chang‐
ing the temperature.
Water flows on the rear
plate of the refrigerator.
Water flows inside the refrig‐
erator.
Water flows on the floor.
Possible cause
The door is not closed cor‐
rectly.
The "FastFreeze function"
or "Shopping function" is
switched on.
The door is not closed cor‐
rectly or the gasket is de‐
formed/dirty.
The water drainage plug is
not correctly positioned.
Appliance is fully loaded
and it is set to the lowest
temperature
