Problem
There is too much frost and
ice.
The compressor does not

pressing the "FastFreeze" or
"Shopping", or after chang‐
ing the temperature.
Water flows on the rear
plate of the refrigerator.

Possible cause
The door is not closed cor‐
rectly.
The "FastFreeze function"
or "Shopping function" is
switched on.

rectly or the gasket is de‐
formed/dirty.
The water drainage plug is
not correctly positioned.

and it is set to the lowest
