Schritt 04 -Gewinde
schneiden M1.4
Nun wird das Gewinde für den
Stehbolzen mit dem Gewin-
debohrer M1.4
(14) geschnitten.
Sehr wichtig ist
hier,
dass
der
Gewindebohrer
in beiden Ach-
sen
genau
im
rechten
Winkel
zur Stimmplatte angesetzt wird.
Dann durchdrehen, bis das Ge-
winde leichtgängig wird.

Step 03 - Deburring
When reaming out the hole, a
tiny burr forms on the reed pla-
te.
In order to avoid
play at a later point

reed
and
it's necessary to
deburr the plate
with the Drill Bit
(13), using mini-
mal pressure. (Ill.

Step 04 - Tapping M1.4
Now the thread for the stud bolt
is cut into the reed plate using
the Tap M1.4 (14).
When performing
this operation, it's
extremely
tant that the tap is
positioned exactly
at right angles to
the reed plate on
both
axes
re you start to cut the thread.
Then twist the tap until it turns
smoothly in the thread.
