Setting up the refrigerator
Changing the hinges on the refrigerator door
1. Make sure that the mains plug is not connected.
2. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the four dummy plugs from the
upper and lower side of the door, turning them anticlockwise.
3. Unscrew the metal strip and the upper hinge from the refrig-
erator. Use the cross-tip screwdriver.
4. Remove the refrigerator door and set it aside.
5. Unscrew the lower hinge from the refrigerator.
6. Turn the hinge – which was previously attached at the top
– 180° and screw it onto the opposite side, on the bottom of
the refrigerator. To do this, use the two screws that previously
held the hinge in place.
7. Place the refrigerator door on the lower hinge.
8. Turn the screw – which was previously attached at the bot-
tom – 180°. Insert it into the top of the refrigerator door on the
opposite side. Close the refrigerator door.
9. Attach the refrigerator door to the refrigerator by screwing
tight the hinge on the refrigerator door. To do this, use the
two screws that previously held the hinge in place.
10. Close the new openings with the dummy plugs.
11. Screw the metal strip back onto the refrigerator.
You have successfully changed the door hinges.
