5.15 Securing the cross beam in the cross
beam mounting
1. Carefully loosen cross beam and position it in the
mounting.
2. Press and hold the button in the head of the secu-
ring pin.
 The ball lock on the securing pin will be retrac-
ted.
3. Slide the securing pin through the openings in the
mounting.
4. Release the button on the head of the securing pin.
 The ball lock on the securing pin will be exten-
ded.

The cross beam is secured in the cross beam mounting
by the securing pin.

Pay attention to the direction the cross beam is
positioned in the mounting.
