Question 12. Why are some picture with supported format not
displayed with the photo function?
Answer:
There are various modes for the JPEG format . This appliance does
not support all these modes . In this case, change the image format
as follows:
– Open the picture using Photoshop or another photo process-
ing program .
– In the menu, select the function "File" and subsequently "Save
as", as shown in the left-hand figure. Select the JPED format,
enter the file name and click the "Save" icon.
– After clicking "Save", a new window is opened as shown in
the figure on the right. Select "Baseline (standard)" or "Opti-
mised baseline";
– Click the "OK" icon .
Question 13. Why can't the appliance find the hard disk?
Answer:
Ensure that the firmware is correctly installed and that no system parti-
tions on the hard disk have been deleted . In the event of a hard disk
fault, back up your data and install the firmware again.
