2. Fasten the table width extension (6) loosely onto
the saw table (1) with the hexagonal bolts (a), the
washers (c), the spring washers (d) and the nuts
(e) (fig. 6).
3. The four legs (19) are screwed to the housing to-
gether with the table supports (24) (fig. 7).

Fasten the table supports (24) loosely to the table
width extensions (6) with the hexagonal bolts (a),
the washers (c), the spring washers (d) and the
nuts (e). Loosely tighten the legs (19) and the ta-
ble supports (24) onto the housing of the circular
table saw with the hexagonal bolts (a).
5. Now screw the four centre struts (20a, 20b)
loosely onto the legs (19). Use the coach bolts
(b), the washers (c), the spring washers (d) and
the nuts (e) (fig. 8).
6. Screw on the stands (22) at the holes in the rear
legs (19). Assembly materials: 2 coach bolts (b),
the washers (c), spring washers (d) and nuts (e)
respectively (fig. 9).
ATTENTION: Both stands must be fastened to
the fastening points (23) on the rear of the ma-
chine (fig. 9).

Align the table width extension (6) level with the
saw table.
8. Now tighten all screws for the legs (19) and the
table width extension (6).

Now plug the rubber feet (21) onto the legs (19)
(fig. 10).
10. Place the circular table saw on the machine
stand (11).
9.2 Fitting the guide rail (fig. 11+12)
1.
Fit the coach bolts (b) in the respective drilled
holes in the work table and the table extensions
(6), by securing these from the rear with the
flange nuts (e).
2. Tighten the flange nuts (e) lightly.
3. Connect the two guide rails (15, 15a).
4.
Slide the connected rails over the guide nut on
the rear, over the coach bolts (b), until they sit
central to the table surface.
9.3 Aligning the guide rail (fig. 11+12)
1.
Turn the saw blade to the maximum position out
of the saw table, by turning the crank (10) clock-
wise until it reaches the stop.
2. Position the parallel stop with an opened eccen-
tric lever (13) on the guide rails (15) on the saw ta-
ble and secure these in the 0 position by pressing
the eccentric lever (13) fully downwards.
3. Slide the connected guide rails sufficiently far to
the left, until the parallel stop reaches the right
outside of the saw blade.

Now tighten the flange nuts (e) firmly to fix this
position.
5. Now fit the end caps (15b) on both sides of the
rail.

9.4 Fitting/removing
the
(fig. 13+14)
1.
Loosen the screw with nut and washer (27) of the
saw blade guard (2). Place the saw blade guard
(2) onto the riving knife (3) from above.
2. Fit the screw with nut and washer (27) such that
the screw sits firmly in the elongated hole.
3. Do not over-tighten the screw (27). The saw
blade guard must remain free to move.

Disassembly takes place in reverse order.
m WARNING: Before starting sawing, the saw blade
guard (2) must be lowered onto the material to be
sawn.
After fitting, check that the saw blade guard (2) is
functioning properly. Lift the saw blade guard and
then release it. The saw blade guard should automat-
ically move back to its starting position.
9.5 Mounting / adjusting the Riving Knife
Insert the battery (Fig. 13-16)
Caution! Remove the mains plug! The setting of
the saw blade (4) must be checked whenever a
blade has been replaced.
1. Inserting the batteries (Figure 13a):
- Turn the laser on/off switch (34) to the 0 position
(laser off).
- Remove the battery compartment cover (36), by
loosening the screw (35). Now remove the bat-
tery compartment cover (35) by bending at the
side.
- Insert the batteries supplied (type AAA), ensur-
ing the correct polarity (see Figure 13a).
- Put the battery compartment cover (36) back in
position and tighten it with the screw (35).
• Notes concerning the batteries:
- If you are not going to use the laser for a pro-
longed period, please remove the batteries from
the battery compartment. Otherwise, the leaking
of battery fluid might damage the device.
- Do not place the batteries on radiators or expose
them for a prolonged period to strong sunlight;
temperatures above 45 ° could damage the de-
vice.
2. Initial mounting of the laser module:
- Mount the laser using the two Phillips head
screws (z), Fig. 15.
3. Adjust the saw blade (4) to a max. cutting depth,
move to the 0° position and lock in place.
4. Dismantle the saw blade guard (2) (not during in-
itial assembly).
5. Release the two attachment bolts (25) and re-
move the table insert (5).
6. Loosen the fixing screw (26) (use the open-ended
spanner AF8 supplied).
7. Push the riving knife (3) upwards.
