Description:
The product is a separator designed to separate
conveying air from paper, cardboard, plastics or light
metal. The separator is driven by and directly coupled
to an electric geared motor. The rotor in the separator
is attached to the shaft of the geared motor, the mo-
mentum is transferred to the separators housing via a
momentum arm, and connected to a flanged bearing at
the opposite end.
The rotor is supplied with replaceable rubber blades,
sealing segments and plastic edges. Furthermore, one
of the rotors´ 7 rubber blades is supplemented with a
scraper blade, which cleans the separator's sieve for
deposited material.

Typical application:
Separation of paper, card board and plastic materials.
The separator is not designed for moist or sticky mate-
rials, or hard materials and sheet thicknesses above 3
mm.
The separator can not be used to transport an endless
material, as this will block the rotor.
Warning notes:
Avoid accidents by always following the safety instruc-
tions given in the user manual and on the safety signs
located on the separator.
The separator must be installed in a closed duct sys-
tem, without access to rotating parts..
Any foreign objects allowed into the system, intention-
ally or unintentionally, may eventually damage the
separator.
Lack of supervision of the separator can result in wear
and/or damage to vital parts, see section "Service and
maintenance".
Due to friction, there will be transferred heat to the
outer casing of the separator during operation, which
will cause the casing to become hot by touch.
The mounting of the separator must be as prescribed,
if not, stability is reduced and wear and tear increased.
