Code numbers for remote polling

After successfully initiating remote polling, you can use the individual functions by entering the follo-
wing codes.
To terminate remote polling, hang up the handset of the telephone after entering the required code.
All indented codes can be used while listening to texts only (messages, announcements,
info texts).

Listening to or deleting announcements or recording new announcements

You can terminate the playback or recording of an announcement by pressing »0«. If you press »2«
during an ongoing playback / recording, the announcement will be deleted.
If you delete an announcement that has already been assigned to an extension number (MSN), then
all settings associated with this number (for example mode of operation, call signal duration, message
length and time control function) will also be deleted.
