Cleaning and care

Housing and pizza pan
DANGER
Hazard due to electrical current!
Never immerse the motor unit (1) or

the mains plug in water or other liq-
uids.
Never hold the motor unit (1) under

running water.
WARNING
Risk of burns due to hot surfaces
Allow the appliance to cool down be-

fore cleaning.
Proceed as follows:
1. Unplug the mains plug from the sock-
et.
2. Wipe off the housing with a damp
cloth.
3. Clean the pizza pan in warm
washing-up water. Do not use a metal
scourer or an abrasive sponge for
cleaning the pizza pan.
4. Thoroughly dry all parts after cleaning
and before placing them back into the
appliance.
Pizza stone
Proceed as follows:
1. Allow the pizza stone to cool.
2. Remove light soiling with a damp
cloth. A scouring pad may be used to
remove stubborn spots.
3. Afterwards, wipe it down with a damp
cloth.
PLEASE NOTE: The pizza stone is not
dishwasher safe.

Storage

If you do not need the appliance for a
longer period of time, clean it as described
in the chapter Cleaning and care (page
23).
Store the appliance and all accessories in
a clean, dry and frost-free location pro-
tected from direct sunlight.
