It is suggested to use inflation cages when inflating
wheels with a bead wire, because ejection of the
bead wire can cause serious damage to the operator
and to property.

WARNING! It is absolutely forbidden to carry out tire
inflation operations if the wheel is still mounted on
the machine!
!
WARNING! Very heavy wheels have to be moved by
at least two persons!

Emergency stop

At any time, to stop the tire changer in case of emer-
gency, press for a couple of seconds the shut-down
button on the remote control or otherwise press the
emergency button on the electrical panel.

To restart the tire changer it will be necessary to
disable the emergency button (if still pressed) and
repeat the starting procedure.
5.4

Turning off the MS 80

To turn off the MS 80 once the tire mounting
and demounting operations have been carried out,
press for a couple of seconds the shut-down button;
the remote control and the electrical panel will shut
down after ten minutes.

The MS 80 shuts down automatically if it remains
inactive for more than 10 minutes.
