Cooking step by step (step cook)

• This mode can be selected if you had previously selected the
period of operation.
• In this mode you can combine three different oven settings in one
single cooking.
• By selecting the cooking system, baking/roasting temperature, and
the period of cooking – i.e. end of cooking time, you may finish
baking/roasting the dish to your own preferences.
1. In the basic 'Pro' Mode select the option 'Cooking by Steps'.
2. Select:
• Step 2
• Step 3
The first step is already selected since you had previously selected the
Time Functions. If you failed to do so, the display will indicate the text:
"Please set the period of operation."
3. Confirm the selection by pressing the 'Multi-function selector'.
4. By touching the 'start / stop' key the oven first starts to operate
according to the Step 1 (bottom section of the display shows
time line indicating the current step in which your roast is at that
moment). When the preset time elapses, next step is activated, i.e.
step 2, and later step 3, if you had selected it.
If you wish to delete a step during operation, turn the 'multi function
selector', choose the step and cancel it by confirming the X mark.
This can only be done with steps that have not yet started.
