10 Einbindung in den Kältekreislauf
Die Scroll-Verdichter der ORBIT 8 Serie sind
speziell für den Einsatz in Klima-
Anwendungen entwickelt. Dabei lässt sich der
Leistungsbereich durch die einfache und
wirtschaftliche BITZER-Verbundtechnik
wesentlich erweitern – siehe Kapitel 10.4.
10.1 Verdichter aufstellen
Der Verdichter bildet in sich selbst eine
Motor-Verdichtereinheit. Deshalb ist es
lediglich erforderlich die gesamte Einheit
korrekt aufzustellen sowie Elektrik und Rohr-
leitungen anzuschließen. Das gleiche gilt für
die Tandem- und Trio-Einheiten.
Schwingungsdämpfer
Eine starre Montage ist möglich. Zur
Verringerung von Körperschall empfiehlt sich
jedoch die Verwendung der speziell auf die
Verdichter abgestimmten Schwingungs-
dämpfer (siehe Kapitel 9.4).
Bei Montage auf Bündelrohr-Wärme-
übertragern:

The scroll compressors of the ORBIT 8 series
are developed especially for air-conditioning
applications.The capacity range can be
extensively expanded due to the simple and
economic BITZER compound technology –
see chapter 10.4.
10.1 Mounting the compressor
The compressor itself provides a motor
compressor unit. It is only necessary to mount
the complete unit correctly and to connect the
electrical equipment and the pipes. The same
applies to Tandem and Trio units.
Anti-vibration mountings
Rigid mounting of the compressor is possible.
However, the use of antivibration mountings
especially matched to the compressors (see
chapter 9.4) is recommended to reduce the
trans mission of body radiated noise.
When mounting on shell and tube heat
exchangers:

Danger of vibration fractures.
Do not mount the compressor solidly on
the heat exchanger (e. g. shell and tube
condenser).
Use anti-vibration mountings!

ORBIT 8シリーズのスクロールコンプレッ
サーは空調用途専用に設計されています。
BITZERの連結技術を用いて、能力を簡単かつ
経済的に拡張することができます （10.4章を参
照）。
10.1 コンプレッサーの取付け
コンプレッサーは、モーターと一体化されて
います。そのため必要となるのは、ユニット
全体を正しく取り付け、電気設備と配管を接
続することのみです。これはタンデム/トリオ
ユニットの場合も同じです。
防振ゴム
コンプレッサーの固定取付けは可能ですが、
コンプレッサー専用の防振ゴム （9.4章を参照）
を使用し、本体から広がる騒音の伝達を低減
することを推奨します。
シェルアンドチューブタイプの熱交換器への
取付け時：

振動によって亀裂が発生する危険があ
ります。
コンプレッサーを熱交換器（シェルア
ンドチューブタイプのコンデンサーな
ど）の上に直付けしないでください。
防振ゴムを使用してください！
