Lubrication
Slightly lubricate all moving parts at regular intervals with a
suitable spray lubricant.
For Plastics do not use oil, use a silicone lubricant instead.
Battery Disposal
Run motor until the battery is completely discharged.

Remove the battery from the tool.

Dispose of the battery through your local waste removal

Maintenance and Cleaning
Remove the battery before undertaking any cleaning or
maintenance work.
Use only a moist cloth to clean the unit. Do not use aggressive
chemicals which may dissolve plastic parts, or abrasives.
Always keep the ventilation slots clean and free from
obstructions.
After use, remove all chips and dirt from the unit. Use only a
stiff brush and a dry or moist cloth.
A replacement stone can be purchsed from Westfalia under
the article number 87 39 57.
The battery can be recharged up to 500 times if treated
carefully. However, over time the battery's performance can
deteriorate. If necessary you can purchase a 2.0 Ah
replacement battery under the article number 87 84 74 and a
4.0 Ah replacement battery under the article number 87 84 75
from Westfalia.
