ATTENTION
Risk of blows against sharp components.
The machine must be parked in such a way as to guarantee the
safety distance indicated in this manual and on the pictogram
attached to the machine itself.
ATTENTION
Risk of crushing limbs between moving parts.
The dangerous points of the machine have been highlighted
by pictograms that are shown in this manual and attached to
the equipment itself.
ATTENTION
Risk of injury against spiked rollers or sharp soil-breaking
discs.
When the spiked discs (soil refiners) or sharp soil-breaking
discs are fitted on the machine, it must be equipped with a
protective bar.
Even although this bar protects the operator for falling directly
onto the spikes or onto other sharp parts, the risk of injury
still remains.
ATTENTION
Risk of the operator falling or slipping.
Do not, under any circumstances, climb onto or hold onto
the rear rollers or any of the idle parts when they are raised
from the ground.
4.4 AIRBORNE NOISE
We take this opportunity to remind you that it is the responsibility
of the employer to have a risk assessment made on the basis of
the legislation in force in the country in which the equipment is
to be used; in the European Union the reference Directive is the
2006/42/EC and subsequent revisions and additions.
In particular, it is essential to assess the following specific risks:
- exposure to vibrations (in the European Union, the reference
directive is the 2002/44/EC);
- manual handling of loads 90/269/EEC;
- chemical risk 98/24/EC.
PRESTO
Noise measurements are not required as, under the test conditions
specified in the UNI EN ISO 4254-1:2010 standard (Attachment
B), the machine in question does not have any moving parts and
does not therefore generate a source of noise.

5.0 DEMOLITION AND DISPOSAL
This operation is to be carried out by the customer.
Before demolishing the machine, you are advised to carefully check
its physical condition and ascertain whether there are any parts
of the structure that may be susceptible to structural collapse or
breakage during demolition.
The customer should operate in compliance with the environment
protection laws in force in his/her country.
The machine demolition operations should be carried out
by skilled personnel only, equipped with suitable protective
clothing (safety footwear and gloves) and auxiliary tools and
equipment.
All the disassembly operations for demolition should be
carried out with the machine stopped and detached from the
tractor.
Before demolishing the machine, you are advised to render harm-
less all the parts that may be a source of danger and therefore:
- scrap the structure using specialized firms,
- remove any electrical apparatus according to the laws in force,
- collect oils and greases separately, to be disposed of through
specialized firms, in accordance with the regulations of the
country in which the machine was used.
When the machine is demolished the CE mark should be
destroyed together with this manual.
Finally, we remind you that the manufacturer is always availa-
ble for any and all necessary assistance and spares.
