Process
For EZ and SUCOFORM
The tool must be set for
2.5mm stripping
dimension.

Prepare cable according to
diagram.
Dimension 10mm applies
to SUCOFORM with

jacket.
Slide insulator A onto
cable.
Push contact B over inner
conductor completely
against insulator A and
solder.
Mount locator tool
W 14 onto body C.
Push prepared cable into
body C and solder at X.
Screw body of tool W 52

onto connector body C.
Place insulator D in rear
opening of insert tool.
Press insulator D fully
W 52
through insert tool using
plunger
the plunger.
Check interface
dimensions.
