Process
For EZ and SM cable
Prepare cable according
to diagram.
Dimension 11 mm
applies to SUCOFORM
with jacket.
Slide ferrule A over the
cable and seat firmly
against cable jacket.
Cut dielectric along X
according to diagram.
Slide connector body B
over cable and fix cable
in fixture.
Tighten locator tool
W 61 fully against
body B.
Solder body B to cable
at X.
C Solder inner conductor
to contact at X.
Place cover C on rear
aperture of body B.
Press cover C into
body B with assembly
tool.

Feature / Check
Do not damage inner
conductor, dielectric
and braid of cable.
Do not damage inner
conductor of cable.
Avoid excessive heat.
Promptly swap
soldered area with
alcohol to cool joint
and remove any
residual flux.
Press in cover until
stop.
