– Making any changes to the product poses a considerable risk
to safety and is prohibited. Do not tamper with the grill con-
trols, the gas connections, nozzles, valves etc. In the event
of damage, repairs or other problems with the lavastone gas
grill, please consult the service centre or a technician from
your local gas dealer.
Danger Risk of fire/explosion/poisoning!
Defective gas containers or incorrect handling of
containers may result in fire or explosions, which
could inflict life-threatening injuries or death. Gas leaks can
cause poisoning.
– A dented or rusty gas container can be dangerous and must
be replaced. Do not use a gas container with a defective con-
tainer valve.
– Read and follow the operating instructions and safety notes
for the gas container.
– Never connect the gas supply with the lavastone gas grill
without a suitable pressure regulator.
– In general, you should place the gas container on a level,
solid base next to or behind the grill.
Never place the gas container on the grill's baseplate and
under no circumstances place it on the grill.
– Do not place the gas container next to heat sources and also
prevent exposure to direct sunlight.
– Make sure that no ignition sources such as fire, lit ciga-
rettes, open flames etc. are nearby when changing the gas
container.
– After use, always be sure to turn the gas container to the
closed position and to turn the grill off.
– Always store the gas container in an upright position, never
lying on its side and in a well ventilated place and not below
ground level (e.g. in a cellar).
– Make sure that the gas hose is not kinked, which would affect
the supply of gas. The gas hose may not be subjected to ten-
sion and may not come into contact with the hot parts of the
grill or other objects.
– Make sure that the pan's vents are free.
– Never change the setting of the pressure regulator.
– Never open components that have been sealed by the manu-
facturer.
Danger Fire hazard!
The grill becomes very hot during use and may start
fires.
– Set up the grill so that it is at least 1 m away from flammable
materials such as awnings, wood terraces and balconies.
– Only set up the grill on a solid, level area with no wind expo-
sure and only use it in wind-protected areas.
– Keep the power cord and gas supply hoses away from hot
surfaces.
– Never cover more than 50 % of the grill area with grilling trays
or the like as they may otherwise reflect the heat down. This
may cause the grill to overheat.
– Do not move the grill when in use.
– Do not fill the tray with flammable (e.g. charcoal) materials
and materials that are not yet flammable.
– Do not in any case cover the gas burner with any objects.
Never fill the tray with liquids (e.g. water).
– Some foods produce flammable fats and juices. Clean the
grill regularly, ideally each time after using it.

when playing and suffocate.
– Do not allow children to play with the packing film.

and choke.

Some areas of the grill and individual parts have
sharp edges.
