INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing the Dobra cool mist
humidifier by LANAFORM. The Dobra hu-
midifier helps you restore a proper humidity
level and eliminate the discomfort associated
with dry air. The ventilation system diffuses
water in the form of cool vapour and thereby
provides the required level of humidity.

This device is not intended for use by people,
including children, with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or people with
a lack of experience or knowledge, unless
someone responsible for their safety can
supervise or instruct them beforehand on
how to use the device. Children should be
supervised to make sure they do not play
with the device.
Use this device only in accordance with the
instructions given in this manual.
Check that your mains voltage is the same as
that of your device.
Always place the Dobra humidifier on a hard,
flat and horizontal surface. Keep it away from
walls (at least 15 cm and heat sources such as
stoves, radiators, etc.
If it is not placed on a

horizontal surface, the device
may not work properly.
Do not connect or disconnect the plug of the
device with wet hands.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be re-
placed by a similar cable available from the sup-
plier or the supplier's after-sales department.
Do not leave the device exposed to direct
sunlight.
Fill the reservoir with clean, fresh, distilled or
demineralised water.
Do not take the device apart either as a whole
or even its base unit.
Do not switch on the device when there is
no water in the reservoir.
Do not shake the device. This could cause
the water to spill over into the base unit and
prevent the device from working.
Never touch the water or components when
the unit is running.

If there is an unusual smell when the device
is being used as described in this manual,
switch off the device, unplug it and have it
examined by the supplier or the supplier's
after-sales department.
Do not pour hot water, i.e. water with a tem-
perature above 40°C, into the reservoir.
Unplug the device before cleaning it or re-
moving the reservoir.
Do not wash the entire unit with water and do
not immerse it in water. Consult the cleaning
instructions in this manual.
Never scrape the transducer with a hard
tool. The Dobra humidifier must be cleaned
regularly. To do this, consult the cleaning
instructions in this manual and follow them.
If it falls into water, unplug it immediately
before retrieving it.
Electrical appliances should never be left
unattended when connected. Unplug it when
you are not using it.
Keep the power cable away from hot surfaces.
Never use this appliance in a room in which
aerosols (sprays) are used or in a room where
oxygen is administered.
Use the humidifier only when it is filled with water.
Do not put items of clothing or towels on top
of the device. If the vapour emission sprinkler
tip is obstructed, this may cause the device
to malfunction.
Never point the vapour emission sprinkler tip
towards electrical devices, books or wooden
objects that may present a risk of mould.
When moving the device, lift it up by the base
and not by the water reservoir.
Do not use the humidifier if the air in the
room is already sufficiently humid (relative
humidity of at least 50 %). The ideal relative
humidity level for human comfort is between
45 % and 55 %. Excess humidity manifests itself
in condensation on cold surfaces or on cold
walls in the room. To measure the room's hu-
midity correctly, use a hygrometer available
in most specialist shops and hypermarkets.
The Dobra humidifier is designed for indoor
and domestic use only.
Use only the accessories supplied with this
device. The use of any unauthorised accessory
will not be covered by the warranty.
Always choose quality essential oils that are
pure, 100 % natural and intended for diffusion.
We strongly recommend that you use LANA-
FORM essential oils for this device. To find
out which essential oils are recommended,
consult the advice provided in these instruc-
tions for use.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Before using the humid-
ifier for the first time
Remove the humidifier from its original pack-
aging and make sure that it does not have
any faults. If you notice any faults, return the
humidifier to the supplier or the supplier's
after-sales department.
Put the Dobra humidifier in the room for half
an hour before switching it on so that it can
adjust to room temperature.
The temperature of the room must always be
between 5°C and 30°C, and the temperature
of the water must be less than 40°C.

• Remove the reservoir cover

• Then pour clean, fresh, distilled or demin-
eralised water into the reservoir.

Make sure you do not fill the reservoir by
pouring water through the pipe's exhaust
vent .

Please also make sure you do not exceed the
maximum water level marked on the inner
wall of the reservoir .

• Put the cover back onto the reservoir.
• Make sure your hands are completely dry
when connecting and disconnecting the
device.
• Once the humidifier is switched on, press
the touch control button once

• The humidifier is now working.
