3. Intended Use

This meter can measure the pH level of aqueous solutions, and is suitable for use in the field
or laboratory. The measurements are applicable to liquids that are not subject to a voltage. The
meter can be calibrated up to 3 points using 5 standard buffer solutions (pH 1.68, 4.01, 7.00,
10.01, and 12.45)
Protect electrode contacts from soiling and moisture! The electrode can be fully submerged in
fresh or salt water up to the BNC connector. Do not get any parts of the meter wet.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use
the product for purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged. In
addition, improper use can result in or other hazards. Read the instructions carefully and store
them in a safe place. Make this product available to third parties only together with its operating
instructions.
