7. CONFIGURATION
• The display module can only be configured using the Niko Configuration SW.
• Configuration using the keys or the service unit 10-870 is not possible.
• The end user, for example the building manager, can also use the Niko Configuration SW to update the name list.
• All configuration data and the resident database are stored on a permanently installed EEPROM.
• The data will also be copied to the EEPROM after each configuration. If necessary this memory can be deleted, without interrupting the functionality.
7.1. Factory settings
The device is equipped with an EEPROM, in which the following default settings are saved:
