THE "STEAMER" FUNCTION"
INSTRUCTIONS FOR STEAM COOKING

Steaming is a very healthy and tasty cooking method which retains all the vitamins and miner-
als and preserves the natural flavour of the food.
- To cook by steam, pour the water into the
glass container (400/500 ml). Put the tray on
the container and the food on the steamer
tray. Put on the lid. Place all this on the
container support and put everything in the
oven.
NOTE: for most dishes, 400/500 ml of water is
sufficient. If you want to increase the cooking
time, add water and ensure that there is
always water in the container.
- Always put the steamer assembly on the
oven's lower level, marked with a (1).
