e always recommend carefully reading the manual; in the instance that there is an issue,
refer to the following guide.
- Check that the main switch is on.
- Insufficient water level (when attempting to activate the function, the spotlight – or the
hydromassage jet lights for the Illumatherapy™ models – flashes).
Fill the tub to the level indicated (refer to the Chapter, "Hydromassage") and press the button
once again..
- check that there is no blackout.
- the hydromassage time is preset by default for approximately 20 minutes and therefore
stops automatically after this time. Simple press the start button again.
- if the water falls below the minimum level (e.g. drain open), the pump stops (the spot-
light – or the hydromassage jet lights for the Illumatherapy
Fill the tub to the level indicated (refer to the Chapter "preliminary tasks" section) and press
the button again.
- check that the nozzles are open.
- clean the suction nozzle(s) as shown in the "Maintenance" chapter.
If you're still having trouble, clean the hydromassage nozzles as shown in the "Mainte-
nance" chapter.
- The water level is too low (consult the information provided relative to hydromassage.
- The water has fallen below the minimum level (e.g. drain open); the spotlight (or the
hydromassage jet lights for the Illumatherapy
Restore the water level within 5 minutes from notification (the pump will activate and the
cycle continues); where this is not completed, the cycle is definitely interrupted.
