1 . Insert the ActivHub and connect to the

Click on the ActivManager icon (on

If you select Internet, the fi le details are
shown in a prompt dialog box which
asks 'Do you want to download the
following upgrade'?.
4. If the details show a fi le with a higher version
number than is currently installed, select Yes.
After the new fi rmware fi le is loaded, a

prompt dialog box asks
'Do you want to change the fi rmware on
the selected device?'
5. Select Yes. A dialog box displays
'Following the upgrade, ActivBoards,
ActivSlates, ActiVotes and
ActivExpressions will need to be re-
registered'.
6. Select Yes.
ActivManager starts the upgrade process and
shows a monitor bar display with %.
Do not select Close while the bar display
is running.
When the progress bar shows 100% the
upgrade is complete.

connect the power supply
1 . Remove all USB cables and devices from the
ActivBoard (remove the ActivHub if fi tted
on the 300 Series ActivBoard).
2. Connect Power Supply FW 7650L/05 as
follows:
• Connect the 5V DC output plug at the
back of the ActivBoard.
• Connect the mains input plug to the mains
power.
