Possible cause
• The microphone's sensitivity is too low.
• The power adapter is not properly connected.
• VOX mode active.
• Battery empty.
• The VOX mode sensitivity is too high.
• Transmitter battery is run down.
• Distance between baby and parent unit exceeds
the operating range.
• Battery has run down.
• Battery pack is damaged.
• Night light is permanently switched on.
• Vibration alert is switched on.
• Baby unit is located near other electrical
appliances.
• Using the babyphone on a power strip.
• Many steel structures between baby & parent unit.

OPERATION
B. THE RECEIVER VOLUME
Solution
• Increase the receiver volume.
• Check the connection.
• Press a button to activate the screen.
• Charge your receiver.
• Reduce the sensitivity of the VOX mode (2).
• Recharge battery using AC adapter.
• Move the baby & parent unit closer together.
• Recharge battery using AC adapter
(parent unit).
• Replace with new battery or use AC adapter
(baby unit).
• Replace with new battery pack.
• Switch off night light or set to VOX operate.
• Switch off vibration alert.
• Remove the electrical appliances or re-locate
the baby unit far away from source of
interference or perform pairing again.
• Do not connect your baby monitors to power
strips.
• Re-locate baby or parent unit.
• Replace with new battery or use AC adapter.
