Description of
cooking-mode
Oven rapidly reaches the selected
temperature. Some dishes can
start off in the cold oven.
No need for preheating.
Roasts and poultry that are crispy
and juicy all the way around.
Ability to roast a large piece of
meat placed on the special grid
with the hollow dish underneath
to catch the cooking juices.
Cooking heat from the bottom
with a small amount of heat
from the top.
Place the grid on the lower
shelf support.
Requires preheating before
placing the dish in the oven.
This position allows for energy
savings while preserving the
quality of poultry cooking.
Warm up for 5 minutes.
Slide the grill pan onto the rail
beneath the grill.
