6.1.2 Stove maintenance
To be carried out at least once a year, or whenever
the stove indicates the need for maintenance.
During maintenance, the technician must:

perform thorough and complete cleaning of the
smoke passage sections:
1. loosen the screws that secure the cooker

2. thoroughly clean the smoke passage
section
3. access the front inspection compartments
by loosening the screws of the two front
4. remove the ash drawer
5. thoroughly clean the compartments using
6. reposition the various elements in their
original locations ensuring correct seal

check the condition and tightness of all the
seals

check the condition and cleanliness of all the
internal components
-
check the seal and the cleanliness of the smoke
outlet coupling with the relevant T-pipe (inside
the stove)

remove any remaining deposit of pellets in
the tank
-
verify correct operation of the stove
-
reset any warnings or alarms.
6.1.3 Cleaning the oven
The inside of the oven should be cleaned,
preferably after each use, when it is still warm.
Use hot water and detergent, rinse and dry with a
soft cloth. Avoid the use of abrasive products.
It is recommended to clean the inside of the oven
the oven at a high temperature for at least an hour.
