1. 新しいミシン、 または長時間使用されなかったミシンをご使用になる時は、 約 10 分間、 3,000
∼ 3,500sti/min で慣らし運転をしてください。
2. 低速 (2,000sti/min 以下 ) で継続的にご使用される場合は、週一回高速 (4,000sti/min 以
上 ) で 5 分程度空回ししてください。きれいな油を使用し、油が汚れたら速やかにきれいな
油と交換してください。汚れた油でご使用を続けると故障の原因となります。
1) Fill the oil pan 1 with JUKI NEW DEFRIX OIL No.1 or JUKI MACHINE OIL #7 up to HIGH mark A
before operating the sewing machine.
2) When the oil level lowers below LOW mark B , refi ll the oil pan with the specifi ed oil.
3) When you operate the machine after lubrication, you will see splashing oil through oil sight window 2 if
the lubrication is adequate.
4) Note that the amount of the splashing oil is unrelated to the amount of the lubricating oil.
1. When you fi rst operate your machine after setup or after an extended period of disuse, run your
machine at 3,000 sti/min to 3,500 sti/min. for about 10 minutes for the purpose of break-in.
2. When the machine is continuously used at a low speed (2,000 sti/min or less), make the
machine run idle at a high speed (4,000 sti/min or more) for approximately 5 minutes once
a week. Use clean oil and when the oil becomes dirty, replace it with clean oil as soon as
possible. When you continue to use the machine with dirty oil, the trouble will be caused.

1) Die Ölwanne 1 vor der Inbetriebnahme der Nähmaschine bis zur Markierung HIGH A mit JUKI NEW
DEFRIX OIL No.1 oder JUKI MACHINE OIL #7 füllen.
2) Wenn der Ölstand unter die Markierung LOW B abfällt, die Ölwanne mit dem vorgeschriebenen Öl nachfüllen.
3) Bei ausreichender Schmierölmenge kann man beim Betrieb der Maschine nach der Schmierung Ölsprit-
zer im Ölschauglas 2 feststellen.
4) Beachten Sie, dass die Menge der Ölspritzer nicht im Zusammenhang mit der Schmierölmenge steht.
1. Wenn Sie eine neue Maschine nach der Installation oder eine längere Zeit unbenutzte Näh-
maschine in Betrieb nehmen, lassen Sie die Maschine bei 3.000 bis 3.500 sti/min etwa 10 Mi-
nuten lang einlaufen.
2. Wenn die Maschine ständig mit niedriger Drehzahl (2.000 sti/min oder weniger) benutzt wird,
sollte sie einmal pro Woche für etwa 5 Minuten mit hoher Drehzahl (4.000 sti/min oder mehr)
betrieben werden. Verwenden Sie sauberes Öl, und wenn das Öl verschmutzt wird, ersetzen
Sie es so bald wie möglich durch sauberes Öl. Wenn die Maschine mit verschmutztem Öl
weiter benutzt wird, werden Störungen verursacht.

注油してください。
3） 注油後ミシンを運転しますと、潤滑が正常の時
は、油窓 2 に油が振り掛かるのが見えます。
4） 油が振り掛かる量は、油量には関係ありませ
ん。
