SPAZZOLE (FIG.4)
Spazzola centrale
La spazzola centrale è l'organo che carica i rifi uti nel contenitore po-
steriore.
!
Attenzione !
Non raccogliere fi li, corde, ecc., poiché, avvolgendosi alla spazzola,
possono danneggiare le setole.
Smontaggio/montaggio spazzola centrale
La spazzola centrale è smontabile dal lato sinistro della motoscopa, le
operazioni di smontaggio e rimontaggio devono essere eff ettuate nel
seguente ordine:
•
Aprire lo sportello 1 ispezionamento spazzola.
•
Svitare il dado 2.
•
Staccare il gruppo leva e rullo di trascinamento 3.
•
Sfi lare la spazzola 4.
•
Infi lare la spazzola centrale e centrare le tacche con le alette sul
supporto di trascinamento lato destro.
•
Montare il gruppo 3 sulla spazzola, i fori 5 devono accoppiarsi
con i grani 6.
•
Avvitare il dado 2 fi no a quando il supporto di trascinamento
non entra nella spazzola.
Regolazione spazzola centrale
Per un buon funzionamento, la spazzola deve sfi orare il terreno, la-
sciando una traccia "A" a terra di 3 cm di larghezza.
•
Regolare la traccia allentando la vite 7 e spostandola verso l'alto
o basso del settore asolato.
•
stringere la vite a regolazione avvenuta.

Attenzione!
Ogni qualvolta si smonta la spazzola centrale, ricordarsi di regi-
strare la posizione della spazzola nella posizione adeguata per un
perfetto contatto con il terreno.

Attenzione!
Quando si monta la spazzola centrale, rispettare il senso di mon-
taggio (vedi "B" - "C")

Main brush
The main brush sweeps dust and refuse into the refuse container at the
rear of the sweeper.
!
Caution!
Never sweep up string, wire, etc., which can become entangled in
the brush and damage the bristles.
Removing/mounting the main brush
The main brush can be removed from the left side of the sweeper. You
need to proceed this way:
•
Open the brush inspection hatch 1.
•
Untighten the nut 2.
•
Disconnect the drive lever and roller assembly 3.
•
Remove the brush 4.
•
Fit the main brush and centre the notches with the fi ns on the
right-hand side drive support.
•
Fit the assembly 3 on the brush; the holes 5 must mate with
the studs 6.
•
Tighten the nut 2 until the drive support engages with the
brush.
Adjusting the main brush
The main brush should just touch the fl oor, leaving a "A" trace 3 cm wide
when it rotates.
•
Loosen the screw 7 and move it up or down through the slotted
hole to adjust the trace.
•
Tighten the screw when the adjusting is completed.

Caution!
Whenever the main brush is removed, remember to adjust the po-
sition of the brush to ensure perfect contact with the ground.

Caution!
When fi tting the main brush, follow the assembly direction (see
points "B" - "C").
