Setting the alarm time
1. When the "Alarm status" is displayed, depress and hold the SELECT button for longer than two
seconds, the display will show "Alarm Time Set" and the alarm time which the minute digits will
flash. (F.19)
2. Repeatedly press the UP or DOWN buttons followed by pressing the SELECT button to adjust
your desired alarm time- first the minute and then the hour. (F.20)
Setting the alarm type
1. When the alarm time is confirmed, the display will show "Alarm Type", and you can now pressing the
UP or DOWN button to select your desired alarm type - BEEP, DAB or FM.
2. To select beeper, press the SELECT button when the display shows "BEEP", then press the
UP or DOWN button to select your desired beeper sound level 1-4. (F.21) (F.22)
3. To select FM, press the SELECT button when the display shows "FM", then press the UP or DOWN
button to select your desired preset station 1-4. (F.23) (F.24)
4. To select DAB, press the SELECT button when the display shows "DAB", then press the UP or DOWN
button to select your desired preset station 1-4. (F25) (F26)
5. When the alarm time arrives, the selected alarm type will be on and the display will show "Alarm on..."
to indicate the alarm is triggered. To stop the alarm sooner, press the STANDBY button.
Note : If you have set the alarm and selected either FM or DAB, make sure that the volume is at a sufficient
level for you to hear.

SNOOZE FUNCTION

When the alarm has triggered, press the SNOOZE button to postpone the alarm for a further 5 minutes.
The display will show "Snooze...". (F.27)
Note: There will be no snooze function if the alarm type is set to DAB or FM and triggered when the radio
is already in on mode.
