OBSTACLE DETECTION FUNCTIONING


Obstacle detection does not have any effect in dead man mode (parameter F103).
Detection by exterior photocell S.EXT-FT1 (parameter C5) cable connectors P2 and P3
During opening
If the exterior photocell (S.EXT-FT1) is activated during
opening, the gate continues to open and the display
flashes OPC5.
Detection by interior photocell S.INT-FT2 (parameter C4) cable connectors P5 and P6
During opening
If the interior photocell (S.INT-FT2) is activated during
opening, the gate stops and the display flashes OPC4.
When the obstacle disappears, the gate continues to
open.
Detection by resistive or mechanical strip (parameter C9) cable connectors P24 and P25
During opening
If the safety strip is activated during opening, the
display shows OPC9, the gate stops and slightly recedes,
and remains on standby until a key command is
received.
If it collides twice consecutively, it resets when sending
a new key command (the display shows rS).
Direct detection (built-in safety)
During opening
If the gate collides with an obstacle during opening, it
reverses direction and slightly closes. The gate remains
on standby until a key command is received and the
display shows CLF1 or CLE1. When the key command
is received, it closes completely.

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

Erreka Automatismos declares that the VIVO-D201/
VIVO-D201M control board has been designed for use
in a machine or for assembly along with other elements
in order to form a machine in line with Directive 2006/
42/EC.
The VIVO-D201/VIVO-D201M control boards allow
installations which fulfil Standards EN 13241-1 and
EN 12453, provided they are installed appropriately and
correctly. The installer shall be responsible for proper
installation.

During closing
If the exterior photocell (S.EXT-FT1) is activated during
closing, the gate reverses direction and opens
completely. The display shows CLC5 and then flashes
OPC5, .
During closing
If the interior photocell (S.INT-FT2) is activated during
closing, the gate stops and the display flashes CLC4.
The gate opens when the obstacle disappears.
During closing
If the safety strip is activated during closing, the display
shows CLC9, the gate reverses direction and opens
completely.
If it collides twice consecutively, it resets when sending
a new key command (the display shows rS).

If, during closing, the gate collides with an obstacle, it
reverses operation direction and opens completely. The
display shows OPF1 or flashes OPE1. If it collides twice
consecutively, it resets when sending a new key
command (the display shows rS).
VIVO-D201/VIVO-D201M control boards comply with

and standards:
