GB - Getting Started
Make sure that all parts from the box content are included. Trans-
mitter (where included), Car, Charger + Banlancer (where inclu-
ded), battery pack (where included).
The battery pack has to be charged before use. In case you use
rechargeable batteries for your transmitter, please make sure to
charge them before first use.
Read the chapter for usage of the transmitter, the controller and its
controls carefully.
Turn the radio off and make sure all the trim buttons on the trans-
mitter are in neutral position.
You may have purchased a finish model, which means it should
be ready for immediate use after charging all batteries. You need
to check the car, electronics and all plastic parts after each use to
make sure no parts are damaged. Also all the moving parts must be
checked for their clearance, bolts and screws that they are tight.
Now put the battery (where included) into the battery holder in the
vehicle. Make sure that the battery packs are secured well with the
velcro-tape in the battery box. Now attach the battery to the speed
controller in the model. In case you chose to use one battery pack
rather than two, you will have to secure one of two controller con-
nections with a cable bridge (check controller manual). Keep the
car in the air in case that the motor turns at full power. Switch the
speed control on the On / Off switch. Set the model on the ground
and test it for proper functioning.

Steering right/ left.
If the wheels do not point straight forward even though the stee-
ring wheel on the transmitter is in neutral, you can adjust it with
the trim button on the transmitter.
Trim L/R = steering LS/RS
In case steering is opposite to your input on the transmitter, you
can use the steering reverse switch.
REV channel 1 = reverse steering
Controller forward/ backward
In case the wheels turn without giving input via the throttle stick,
try to trim the controller via the throttle trim lever on your trans-
mitter.
Trimm V/R = Forward/ back
In case the motor turns in opposite way than you giving the input
via the transmitter, you can reverse the direction on your transmit-
ter.
REV channel 2 = Reverse throttle/ break

ESC
In some cases the reverse option on your transmitter is not wor-
king, you will have to switch connection of two of the three motor
cables.
The cars should react as follows:
You pull the throttle stick – car drivers forward.
You push the throttle stick forward – car will break and driver back-
wards after.
In case your car does not driver backwards after breaking, you will
have to switch this option on via your controller (refer to controller
manual).
We encourage you now to activate your receiver's built-in Failsafe
unit. On delivery it is turned off.
Leave the throttle lever in neutral position (see chapter Fail Safe).
Press the fail-safe button on the receiver until it flashes and let go
to activate.
Check the Fail Safe in an electric vehicle only in the neutral
position of the throttle, because otherwise the model goes
into the previously programmed throttle position in a loss
of the transmitter signal. Make sure to test the Failsafe unit
before each drive. To test this, hold the car up and switch off
the transmitter. Wheels should not turn if Failsafe is working
correctly.
Now you can make the first test drive. If this is your first rc car, we
recommend to drive it on a small test track to familiarise yourself
with the control of the vehicle and the controls of the transmitter.
After driving for the first time, you will have to check each indivi-
dual screw to make sure it is secured tight. Especially make sure to
check the allen screw of cap joint, drive shaft and wheel nut. Also
check glueing of the wheels regular. Small tears or the tire loose-
ning from the rim should be glued immediately.
Important!
When using LiPo packs the low voltage cut-off has to be ac-
tivated (check controller manual). Your LiPo can be damaged
due to low voltage. We recommend a cut-off voltage of 3V/
cell.
