Exclusions and limitations
This limited warranty does not cover:
1. a) product deterioration due to standard
wear, b) defects caused by improper use (in-
cluding, but not limited to, defects caused by
sharp objects, bending, compression, fall,
shocks, etc.) c) defects or damages due to
improper use of the product, including use
non compliant with the instructions provided
by Cressi (e.g. those indicated in the instruc-
tion manual of the product) d) defects cau-
sed by other events not depending on Cressi;
2. user manuals or software by third parties
(even if included in the package or sold to-
gether with Cressi hardware), settings, con-
tents or data, either provided with the
product or obtained by means of download
or provided together with installation, as-
sembly, shipping or other stage of the supply
chain or otherwise purchased by the buyer;
3. defects or alleged defects caused by the use
or connection of the product, with any ac-
cessory, software e/o service not produced
or provided by Cressi or by using the pro-
duct differently from the intended use;
4. replaceable batteries.
