FD1500 2WD ROUTINE MAINTENANCE GUIDE
General information
This table is intended to help you to keep your machine in good, safe working order. It lists the
main maintenance and lubrication procedures with the frequencies at which they are required;
alongside each one, you will find a series of boxes where you can note the date or the number of
operating hours when the procedure was carried out.
CAUTION! Perform the first general inspection after the running-in period, after the first 20-
30 working hours.
Change the engine oil and filter.
Then follow the table below:

1.1 Clean radiator and cooling grilles
1.2 Check engine oil level
1.3 Check hydraulic oil level
1.4 Check and clean engine air filter
1.5 Clean grass catcher grille
1.6 Check blade(s) fixing and sharpness
1.7 Check blade disengagement sensor
1.8 Check radiator liquid level
1.9 Check general safety devices
2.0 Check and adjust stop position
2.1 Check all fasteners
2.2 Check / replace deck gearboxes oil
2.3 Change engine oil and filter
2.4 Change air filter
2.5 Change fuel filter
2.6 Change hydraulic oil filters
2.7 Change hydraulic oil (running-in 500)
2.8 Check tyre pressure
2.9 Check battery
3.0 Check PTO belt stretcher
3.1 Check turbine impeller
3.2 Check engine fixing
1) Refer to the engine handbook for the complete list and relative procedures.
2) General lubrication is strongly recommended whenever the machine is to be out of use for a
long period.
CAUTION!
Do not clean the machine with a high-pressure water cleaner; use this only for the deck, grass
catcher and grass intake duct.
