Cause
The transmitter is with-
out power from the
power supply unit.
No contact between
battery and charging
station in the transmit-
ter.
No contact between
the receiver battery
and the charging dock
of the transmitter.
No battery placed in
the receiver.
The transmitter is not
or not properly con-
nected to the TV- or
stereo set.
The TV- or stereo set is
not switched on or the
output has not been
configured properly.
The pairing has been
lost
The receiver is not
switched on.

Solution
Check that the power
supply unit is properly
connected and that
the mains electricity
outlet is working prop-
erly.
Insert the batteries cor-
rectly and completely
into the transmitter.
Check if the contact
areas are clean.
Make sure that the
receiver is correctly
placed in the charging
dock.
Insert the battery in the
receiver.
Check the cables and
connectors
between
the transmitter and the
audio source.
Switch
the
audio
source on or check the
settings.
Pair the transmitter
and the receiver again.
Switch the receiver
on, using the ON/OFF
switch on the side of
the device.
