Problem
The dispenser does
not turn on.
No beer is dispensed.
Too much foam

Troubleshooting

Cause
The power plug (14) is not con-
nected.
The 0/I on/off switch (15) is not
on position I.
The beer keg is empty.
The CO2 cartridge is empty.
The connecting tube (26) is not
mounted correctly.
The beer keg is not cold enough.
The beer keg was just recently
moved.
The tip of the dispensing tap is
touching the glass.
The glass is being held too
straight.
There is too much CO2 in the beer
keg.
There is too little CO2 in the beer
keg.
The beer keg is too cold.
There are grease or dirt residues
in the glass or glass is too warm.
The beer keg is too cold.
The beer hoses are dirty.

Remedy
Connect the power plug (14) to
a suitable power outlet.
Switch the 0/I on/off switch (15) to I position.
Put a full beer keg into the dispenser.
Insert a new CO2 cartridge into the dispenser.
Screw the connecting tube (26) onto the
dispensing unit (3) tightly.
Chill the beer keg before piercing.
Let the beer keg rest for a few hours.
Hold the glass a little further away from the
dispensing tap.
Hold the glass in such a way, so that beer can
run down the side of the glass.
Turn the CO2 regulator (5) towards 0.
Turn the CO2 regulator (5) towards I or II.
Give the beer keg time to adjust to the cooled
dispenser temperature.
Clean the glass thoroughly and rinse with cold
water.
Give the beer keg time to adjust to the cooled
dispenser temperature.
Clean the beer hose.
Use a correctly chilled beer keg.
Pre-chill the beer keg.
