12.4.1 Compressed air connection

The compressed air unit to the compressed air conneciton port.
The pressure setting should be adjusted to about 6 bar.

13 OPERATION

Operate the machine only in perfect condition. Before each use, a visual inspection of the
machine must be carried out. Safety devices, electrical cables and controls must be inspected
carefully. Check screw connections for damage and tightness.

13.2.1 filling granulat

Open the lid of the pellet container (2) and pour the granules. Then close the granulate container.

13.2.2 Insert edge band in edge band feed

Rest the edge tape on the edges of strip support (12) and carried out by the edge band feed
(14).

13.2.3 switch on the machine

The edge banding machine is turned on with the main switch on the control panel.
