6. Troubleshooting

Make sure the power supplies of both devices are
connected (camera and monitor).
Make sure the camera is paired with the monitor
(see page 11).
The SD card is not formatted or previously operated in
another device. Please shape the SD card (see page 16).
Check that the SD card is full (see page 16).
Interference such as Wi-Fi or other wireless devices in
the area.
There are several obstacles such as walls or glass bet-
ween camera and monitor.
Infrared night mode is on, this leads to color deviations.
Make sure the power supplies of both devices are
connected.
Check the settings of the cameras or the monitor again.
Check the alarm settings (see page 17).
Disturbances caused by light, lightning, thunder, infrared
or microwaves, etc.
On the recordings of the videos, no change will be visib-
le if the object to be triggered is outside the video angle.
The angle of the motion sensor is greater than the re-
cording angle.
Objects go through the effective recording surface too
fast, or under 2 seconds.
The lens cover is dirty.
