7. Getting started
7.1 Setting up the blender
Warning!
Only use the device in dry, enclosed spaces. Never use it outdoors.
Place the blender on an even and stable surface only. If the blender is not placed on an
even surface, it could tip over, possibly causing damage to property and injury.
Make sure the power cable (15) is not in your working area. Otherwise, you could
accidentally pull on it and tip it over or make the blender fall off the work surface.

Fully unwind the power cable (15) and feed it through the cable clip on the bottom of the motor unit
(8).

Place the motor unit (8) on an even, non-slip and dry surface. Do not connect the power cable (15)
plug to the mains socket yet!
8. Usage
8.1 Filling the blender jug

Remove the lid (2) and measuring cap (1) from the blender
jug (4). To do this, hold the handle (5) in one hand and hold
on tightly to the blender jug (4). Put the index finger of your
other hand through the eyelet on the catch on the back of the
lid (2) and lift the lid (2) up off the blender jug (4).

Add the desired ingredients to the blender jug (4).

Place the lid (2) and measuring cap (1) back on the blender
jug (4). To do this, first push the lid (2) down with your thumb
on the side of the safety catch (3) on the blender jug (4).
Then push the lid (2) down on the front (where the spout is)
until it catches. Make sure that the safety catch (3) actuates
the safety switch on the top of the handle (5).
