Remove thick or tough fruit skins (e.g. pineapple, citrus
fruits, etc.) before blending.
Risk of overheating and fire
Only ever operate the blender with the blender jug (4)
filled and never empty.
Do not use the device in direct sunlight or near heating
devices (heaters, stoves, ovens, etc.).
Do not place hot or boiling foods in the blender jug (4).
Otherwise the motor unit (8) could overheat or the blender
jug (4) could crack. Always leave hot or boiling foods to
cool down first before adding them to the blender jug (4)
and processing with the blender.
If the cutting blades (6) do not turn or turn only very
slowly after you switch it on, switch off the device
immediately and remove the mains plug from the socket.
Check whether the food is too tough, whether the cutting
blades are stuck against a large piece or the device has
been incorrectly assembled.
Risk of injury
Check that the blender is in perfect working order before
each use. If there is any visible damage, do not use the
blender. This applies in particular to the power cable
(15), the motor unit (8) and the blender jug (4).
Never open the lid (2) while the blender is running.
Otherwise, rotating bits of food may be ejected with great
