IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Keep this manual in a safe place for easy reference.

Read the entire manual before assembling and using the equipment. Safe and effective use
can only be achieved, if the equipment is assembled, maintained and used properly. It is your
responsibility to ensure, that all users of the equipment are informed of all warnings and precau-
tions.

Before starting any exercise program, you should consult your doctor to determine, if you have
any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk or prevent you
from using the equipment properly. Your doctor's advice is essential if you are taking medication
that affects your heart rate, blood pressure or cholesterol level.

Be aware of your body's signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop
exercising, if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregu-
lar heartbeat, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness or nausea. If you experience any
of these conditions, stop exercise and consult your doctor immediately.

Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.
Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface. Use a floor or carpet protection. To ensure safe-

ty, the equipment should have at least 0.5 meters of free space all around it.

Before using the equipment, check if all nuts and bolts are securely tightened.

The safety of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or
wear and tear.
Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while assembling

or checking the equipment or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the equipment, stop
immediately. Do not use the equipment until the problem has been rectified.

Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing, that may get
caught in the equipment or that may restrict or prevent movement.
10. Take care not to injure your back while lifting or moving the equipment. Always use proper lifting
techniques and/or seek assistance if necessary.
11. Start to exercise with a low angle, about 30 degrees only.
12. START SLOWLY! 5 minutes for a workout session are enough for beginners.
13. Headache, dizziness, watering eyes, face over flushed, discomfort in the ankles, knees or hips
are typical signs of too high physical strain.
14. If you feel discomfort, reduce the angle and cease the activity.
15. Avoid using the GRAVITY COACH after meals.
16. The GRAVITY COACH can be used any time of the day. It makes no difference to the results
which may be achieved.
17. You may use your device two or three times per day.
18. The maximum recommended angle is 60 degrees.
19. The equipment has been tested and certified according to EN957/class HC. Suitable for home
use only. Maximum user weight: 135 kg.
