DANGER – risk of fatal electric shock
• Always remove the mains plug from the wall socket
before cleaning the appliance.
• The base stand, plug and mains cord must not be exposed
to moisture. Be sure also to protect these parts against
drips and splashes.
• Never immerse the jug of the milk frother in water or
other liquids. Water must never come into contact with
the electric parts.
CAUTION – material damage
• Do not use caustic, aggressive or abrasive products for
cleaning.
Always clean the milk jug immediately after each
warming and frothing process to prevent the milk
ro
from drying and hardening inside it.
1. Remove the mains plug from the wall socket.
2. Take the seal off of the lid and remove the frothing
attachment from the connecting piece in the jug.
3. Clean the lid, seal and frothing attachments in
warm water with a little washing-up liquid.
Cleaning
4. Clean only the inside of the jug with warm water
and washing-up liquid.
5. Use a damp cloth to clean the base stand as necessary.
6. Afterwards, dry all the parts carefully, especially the milk
jug, to avoid stains.
7. Insert the seal back into the groove in the lid.
The appliance and its packaging have been manu factured
from valuable materials that can be recycled. This reduces
the amount of refuse and helps to preserve the environment.
Dispose of the packaging at a recycling point that sorts
materials by type. Make use of the local facilities provided
for collecting paper, cardboard and lightweight packaging.
Appliances marked with this symbol must not be
disposed of along with normal household refuse!
You are legally bound to dispose of old
appliances separately from household refuse.
