Welding nozzle (9) must have cooled down (Chapter 1.8 Cooling, page 36).
• Turn off main switch (3)

Disconnect power supply cord from power supply.

• Clean welding nozzle (9) with brass brush.
• Hot air welding machine is in transport readiness position.
Disassembly from 1. to 4.
Assembly 4. to 1.
1. Replace tape guide rollers (15).
2. Disassemble height positioning sheet (39) and rotate to 50 mm or 25 mm tape width then fasten with the
two screws.
3. Disassemble pressure roller (11), rotate and carefully slide onto the axis.
Make sure that the pressure roller (11) is not tilted while sliding it on. The axis could be damaged by this.
4. Replace welding nozzle (9).
