Mounting the FAU-104 Fat Level Sensor
The sensor must be immersed a few centimeters when the liquid is at its normal
level (water zero line).
The exact immersion depth depends on
the type of grease interceptor,

its design
■
and the height of the maximum fat layer thickness.
■
The sensor must always be immersed in the liquid. The switching point of the
sensor is located at the same level as the reflectors (see chapter 2.3).
