A tolerance in % is set under "deviation". The actual incoming pulse rate recorded by the
oval gear meter within the pump interval to be monitored (see
Strokes") is compared with the target pulse rate defined during calibration. If this comparison
results in a deviation that is greater than the % value configured under "deviation", a
"metering monitoring alarm" is triggered.
This function can only be selected if a dongle box is connected and configuration / oval
