12. Heat sensor protection function
Display Problem
E -5 The sensor is not func-
tioning. The oven will
beep and stop function-
ing.
E -6 Short circuit of the sen-
sor. The oven will beep
and stop functioning.
13. Self cleaning function
1) Press the Cleaning/Steam/Combi button and "CL-1" will appear on the display. Press the Clean-
ing/Steam/Combi button once more and "CL-1" will appear on the display.
2) Confi rm by pressing the Start/+30Sec./Confi rm button, the initial time will be shown. The initial
time for CL-1 is 5 minutes and for CL-2 it is 10 minutes.
3) Start cleaning by pressing the Start/+30Sec./Confi rm button. After cleaning is completed the
oven will beep fi ve times and switch to the stand-by mode.
Note: The cleaning time cannot be changed.

14. Child safety lock

Lock: Press the Stop/Clear/Clock button for 3 seconds, a beep will be sounded indicating that
the child safety lock has been activated and a lock symbol will be shown on the display, if
the time has been set. If it is not set, the display will show „
Unlock: Press the "Stop/Clear/Clock" button for 3 seconds a long beep will be sounded indicating
the deactivation of the child safety lock.
15. Checking power output
If while in the cooking/grilling, combined cooking or steam cooking modes you wish to check the cur-
rent microwave power output, grill or steam mode, press the Microwave/Grill/Combi button and
the desired information will be displayed for 3 seconds.
16. Checking settings
1) At the beginning, the oven will beep once when the controller is turned.
2) If you open the door while cooking you subsequently need to press the Start/+30Sec./Confi rm
button if you wish to continue cooking.
3) If after setting a cooking mode you do not press the Start/+30Sec./Confi rm button within 1
minute, the actual time will be displayed and the setting will automatically be cancelled.
4) When the setting button is correctly pressed the oven will beep, otherwise you have not pressed
the button properly.
5) When the cooking has fi nished, the oven will beep fi ve times, which will indicate that the process
is complete.

Cause
If during the steam cooking or cleaning modes the sen-
sor is disconnected, the oven will stop. 1) Press the
Stop/Clear/Clock button or reconnect the oven to the
electric power source.
If during the steam cooking or cleaning modes the sen-
sor is short circuited, the oven will stop. 1)
Press the Stop/Clear/Clock button or reconnect the
oven to the mains.
