9.1 Maintenance intervals
NOTICE
• The specified maintenance intervals are guidance values and refer to single-shift operation.
When using arc welding equipment, always observe the provisions of EN 60974-4 Inspection and testing,
as well as any national laws and regulations.
Check the following:
Weekly
• Check the condition of the reamer.
• Clean the clamping unit or the reamer.

Risk of injury and device damage when handled by unauthorized persons
Improper repair work and modifications to the product may lead to serious injuries and damage to the
device. The product warranty will be rendered invalid if work is carried out on the product by
unauthorized persons.
• Operating, maintenance, cleaning and repair work may only be carried out by qualified personnel
Please observe the attached "Warranty" document. In the event of any doubts and/or problems, please
contact your retailer or the manufacturer.

• Compressed air supply/hose connection
interrupted
• Directional valves Y1 or Y2 do not switch
• Valve actuator does not move
• Reamer defective or blunt
• Wrong equipment parts
Monthly
• Monthly basic cleaning is recommended, and necessary
in case of extreme working conditions.
• Check the upstream maintenance unit's oil level and
ability to function correctly.
Troubleshooting
• Check all supply lines leading to the cylinder
and threaded fittings
• Motor defective; replace
• Check the signal output of the robot control
• Replace the directional valve
• Replace the reamer
• Check torch-dependent parts
• Check the immersion depth of the torch
