6.5 Installing or replacing equipment parts
NOTICE
• Disconnect the air supply and operating voltage.
• Ensure that the covering hood (7) is attached again once installation is complete.
All installed equipment parts must have a diameter identification that is identical to the outer Ø of the gas
nozzle that is to be cleaned.
6.5.1 Setting up the pneumatic motor

1 Loosen the motor clamp from the guide block (5) by removing the screws (3).
2 Pull back the pneumatic motor (4) in its mount.
3 Place the required distance sleeve (7) on the reamer (6).
4 Move the torch with the gas nozzle (2) to the clamping position (C).
5 Keep the guide block (5) in the lower position (down-stroke).
6 Place the pneumatic motor (4) against the gas nozzle (2) with the distance sleeve (7) placed on top.
7 Secure the adjusted motor position using the screws (3).
8 Move the torch out of the reamer holder (1) and remove the distance sleeve (7) from the reamer (6).
