11. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE - WARRANTY

Solution
- Make sure the intercom panel is plugged in.
- Make sure the WiFi router is on.
- Make sure the intercom and the mobile device are both connected to the
same router during the initial set up.
- Make sure the WiFi router is on and set to 2.4 GHz.
- Change the WiFi router's wireless security protocol to WPA/WPA2/
WPA2-PSK. For security reasons, WEP protocol is not recommended.
- Make sure the power supply unit is not damaged or defective and is
plugged in to a working power outlet.
- Make sure the intercom is properly configured in the application.
- Make sure the mobile device is properly connected to a 3G/4G WiFi
network.
- Make sure the intercom is located in an area with WiFi coverage from
your router.
