Remedying hose or gun leaks
After closing the gun, the manometer shows full pressu-
re! The pressure regulator continually switches on and off!
1.
If the manometer shows full pressure
2. Disconnect power cord from outlet.
3. Actuate the gun to relieve the pressure
4. Remove the hose first
5. Use an open-ended spanner to disconnect the hose
from the pump outlet
6. Clean the recoil element or replace the o-ring.
7. Pressure loss causes the pressure regulator to conti-
nually switch on and off!
8. Water can escape at these three points. Check the
seals and replace the o-rings if needed, or take the
gun to your dealer for inspection
9. Replace the o-ring on the lance or on the high pres-
sure hose
10. Reconnect the hose, the gun and the lance
11. This is how quickly you can eliminate the fault
Nozzle Clogged
There is no water, although the pressure gauge indicates
full pressure!
1.
Start by flushing the hose to remove any deposits
2. You should see a powerful jet of water
3. If water just drips out of the lance,
4. remove the lance and clean the nozzle!
5. You only need to clean the front nozzle on the flat jet
lance
6. Push a sharp object into the hole and pull back the
cap. Now bend a paperclip to the right shape and use
it to clean the nozzle
7. Visually check if the nozzle is clean
8. You can now continue on as before
